We extend our usual hours for cases in which it is not possible to wait for Exotics Pluto's business hours.

If you can't wait, it's an emergency.

The first emergency service for exotic animals in the region of Murcia, also aimed at the neighboring provinces of Almeria, Albacete and Alicante was born with a special vocation to serve exotic patients. We will be available for an initial emergency consultation over the phone 968283113 and if necessary We will move urgently to our veterinary clinic to care for your pet

Remember: The emergency service will be available during business hours. 8 in the morning to 12 at night from Monday to Sunday, outside our usual hours, so it is subject to a special rate.

What to do in an emergency with our exotic pet?

We know it's difficult, but let's try to stay calm.

An initial evaluation and your experience as a pet owner will indicate if it is a case of extreme urgency that requires a call to 968283113 outside of normal hours.

The veterinarian on duty will tell you if we need to go to the clinic urgently. You will have a team at your disposal to cover your emergency in less than an hour.

What hours is the emergency service available?

Emergency hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to midnight, Monday to Friday. Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to midnight; and on Sundays from 8 a.m. to midnight.

We know that there are cases of extreme urgency that are outside our scope of service.

In these cases, between midnight and 8 a.m., you can go to the veterinary hospitals where they can stabilize the animal in the first instance.

Later we can transfer the patient to be treated by exotic animal specialists in our clinic.

Activating the emergency service implies opening the clinic outside normal service hours and is subject to specific pricing. The budgetary assessment of each case is unique, as it requires a physical evaluation of the patient

In cases of dogs and cats, we strongly recommend that you go to a hospital or veterinary clinic specialized in emergencies for these types of animals. Our emergency specialists are focused on exotic animals and will be available for our exotic pets.
